Job Summary

  • Lead the team that assembles parts and products according to work instructions blueprints and production schedules 

  • Operate and safely handle power tools packaging tools including torque wrenches and other hand tools 

  • Lead the setup and clean out of assembly cells by operate overhead crane running electric stackers 

  • Maintain consistent production output while meeting quality standards 

  • Perform visual and functional inspections of assembled frames 

  • Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies 

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area 

  • Report equipment issues safety concerns or quality defects to lead 

  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals 

  • Load and unload assembly cells using electric-pallet mover 


Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 

  • Ability to lift push pull and carry materials in accordance with OSHA lifting guidelines 

  • Familiarity with power tools including torque wrenches and basic hand tools 

  • Experience working in a high-pace mass production or manufacturing environment preferred 

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks 

  • Strong attention to detail commitment to quality and detecting anomalies. 

  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow written and verbal instructions 

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality 

  • Moves objects weighing up to 50 pounds
