Lead fun age-appropriate high-energy soccer sessions for toddlers and young children

Responsibilities:
Lead fun age-appropriate high-energy soccer sessions for toddlers and young children
- Lead 3050 minute high-energy soccer sessions for children ages 28
- Create a safe inclusive and fun environment
- Teach soccer skills and character development using our curriculum
- Arrive 15 minutes early for setup ready and prepared to coach
- Communicate positively with families teachers and staff
- Follow all on-site safety and attendance protocols
- Bring enthusiasm creativity and the unique Soccer Shots energy
Requirements:
**Must be 18 years of age or older and a high school graduate**
A genuine passion for working with children
Background in sports or early childhood education preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
Ability to pass a background check**

Schedule
We operate year-round in Winter Spring Summer and Fall seasons.
Coaches may work 525 sessions/week depending on availability.

Typical Coaching Windows:
- Weekday Mornings: 8:30 AM 12 PM
- Midday (site dependent): 11:30 AM2:30 PM
- Weekday Afternoons: 2:30 PM5:30 PM
- Weekends: Mornings 8:30 AM - 11 AM
You choose when youre availablewe build your schedule around you.
COACHES NEEDED IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION:
NOVI MI and surrounding area
Coaching takes place at:
- Preschools & daycares
- Parks & indoor facilities
- Community centers and elementary schools
We assign sites as close as possible to your home within the Novi area.

Compensación: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
