Job Summary

En ViiV Healthcare estamos en búsqueda de un delegado de ventas Junior que se destaque por su entusiasmo por aprender actitud innovadora y su disposición para la movilidad geográfica. Este puesto ofrece una oportunidad única para crecer profesionalmente en un entorno dinámico y retador. Inicialmente la zona de trabajo asignada será: Alicante y Murcia

Cuáles son sus Responsabilidades

  • Ser el enlace principal entre sus clientes y ViiV.
  • Priorizar y ejecutar las oportunidades clave para garantizar el crecimiento de los productos.
  • Priorizar la entrega de soluciones centradas en el cliente a través del análisis continuo para entender la tendencia del mercado.
  • Ejecutar el plan de acción establecido en los objetivos y tiempos determinados haciendo un seguimiento y actuando en consecuencia si hay desviaciones.
  • Ejecutar el plan de engagement de omnicanalidad establecido gestionando un fichero de clientes óptimo.
  • Cumplimiento de todas las políticas y procedimientos establecidos.

Qué necesita

  • Licenciatura universitaria preferiblemente en Ciencias de la Salud
  • Nivel de inglés B2
  • 1 año de experiencia como mínimo y deseable al menos 2 años en Ventas o área comercial en la industria farmacéutica.
  • Se valorarán la capacidad de comunicación con impacto interacción con el Cliente Planificación y compromiso con la formación continua y actualización científica.
  • Altas capacidades del uso de canales digitales y uso de IA.
  • Residencia: Alicante preferiblemente

  • Conocimiento del cliente y entorno sanitario: Identificar necesidades para generar valor al paciente y mejorar resultados de venta.
  • Conocimiento científico de VIH: Dominar datos clínicos y propuestas de valor de productos y servicios.
  • Análisis del negocio: Usar datos para aumentar la productividad y tomar decisiones basadas en información.
  • Trabajo en equipo: Colaborar con diferentes áreas para priorizar el enfoque en el cliente.
  • Enfoque en la experiencia del cliente: Ofrecer interacciones personalizadas y dirigidas en el momento contenido y canal adecuados.
  • Excelencia estratégica: Diseñar e implementar estrategias y tácticas alineadas con los objetivos del negocio el paciente y el cliente.
  • Mentalidad de reto: Promover un enfoque proactivo y resiliente ante los desafíos.
  • Capacidad de omnicanalidad para llegar a los clientes.
