Raffles Istanbul is proud to offer the Inspire Program Food & Beverage a 12-month immersive leadership development journey designed to shape confident capable first-time leaders. This program provides hands-on operational exposure executive mentorship and real business impact opportunities within one of the worlds most storied luxury brands.

Through structured cross-exposure mentorship from the Hotel Executive Committee and participation in meaningful business projects you will build the skills mindset and experience needed to grow your career within Raffles and the wider Accor network.

Your Development Journey

As an Inspire your leadership journey will unfold through the following key stages:

Onboarding & Orientation

Begin with a comprehensive immersion into the Raffles brand service culture and luxury hospitality standards

Align on your structured cross-exposure plan within the Food & Beverage division

Be introduced to your dedicated mentor and divisional leadership team

Cross-Exposure Experience

Gain in-depth hands-on operational experience across key areas of the Food & Beverage department including restaurants bars banquets and in-room dining

Develop a holistic understanding of F&B operations service excellence and team collaboration

Business Impact Project

Apply your learning to a real-world business challenge within the hotel

Conceptualize and execute a project that demonstrates leadership innovation and strategic thinking

Participate in a global Inspire competition showcasing your project on an international stage

Hotel Executive Committee Mentorship

Receive guidance and inspiration from a member of the Hotel Executive Committee

Gain valuable insights into leadership decision-making and brand values

Qualifications :

Student or recent graduate in Hospitality Tourism Gastronomy or a related field

Strong aspiration to build a leadership career in Food & Beverage within luxury hospitality

Guest-focused service-driven and aligned with the Raffles service philosophy

Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills

Proactive curious and eager to learn

Flexible to work shifts including weekends and public holidays

Fluent in English  and Turkish (additional languages are an advantage)
