Job Summary
Are you a passionate and growth-driven Commis Chef who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen Were looking for a motivated Part-Time Commis Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team.
- Supporting kitchen operations across all meal periods and service styles including à la carte room service banquets and buffet service.
- Ensuring all food produced aligns with established kitchen recipes and quality standards
- Maintaining a clean hygienic and organised workstation in line with HACCP and food safety standards
- Working collaboratively across all kitchen sections to promote flexibility and productivity
- Supporting stock rotation and stock control processes to minimise wastage
- Contributing positively to a culture of teamwork professionalism and continuous improvement
Qualifications :
- Previous experience working in a kitchen environment
- A strong team player who can perform under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and a positive can-do attitude
- A solid work ethic and genuine passion for food
- Flexibility to work across various kitchen sections
- Commitment to maintaining strict hygiene and safety procedures
