Job Summary
Description
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Be the warrant of excellently executed Network Services Provisioning Projects and Programs
- respecting Business demand official Onboarding or Acquisitions programs
- applying knowledge skills tools and techniques to meet project program and I&O requirements fully understanding scopes budgets goals
- being the main point of contact for stakeholders and ensure high stakeholders satisfaction
- ensuring optimized provisioning timeline and task coordination for the service rollout eliminating project management complexity for local IT teams
- following and enforcing Emerson policies rules processes regarding relevant IT management security standards and procedures liaising with other teams when required
- Manage the own project portfolio
- Coordinate the projects in alignment with I&O goals priorities available capacity and roadmap agreements managing stakeholder communication at required level.
- Ensure data accuracy in Workfront and supporting maintaining data accuracy in GAMS
- Be responsible for resource capacity management within project and own project portfolio proactively address resource constraints closely work with resource managers.
- Promote efficiency in all working practices.
- Contribute to the Provisioning and Service processes definition and improvement plan.
- Take on other duties as per assignment.
- Work independently with limited oversight from manager.
