We are currently hiring a German-speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager to join a fast-growing digital marketing team in Barcelona.

This role focuses on onboarding new business clients driving PPC performance increasing ad spend and building long-term partnerships within the German market.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboard and manage a portfolio of new clients
Develop and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns
Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell digital marketing solutions
Identify client objectives and provide tailored advertising strategies
Drive upselling and increase campaign investment
Build strong relationships with stakeholders in the German market
Analyze performance data ROI and market trends
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR awareness required)

Mandatory Requirements:

C2 level German
Strong English
Bachelors degree OR equivalent professional experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales and/or Digital Marketing
Previous client-facing experience in performance-driven environments
Strong understanding of PPC & digital advertising ecosystem
Analytical mindset & CRM experience
Deep understanding of German market & business culture
