Role Purpose
Own product strategy and delivery execution to drive adoption retention and monetization across fintech and B2B platforms ensuring the roadmap is tied to measurable business outcomes.

Requirements
- Strong product leadership experience; fintech/payments or B2B platforms strongly preferred.
- Strong discovery PRD writing prioritization stakeholder management.
- Solid understanding of unit economics funnel metrics experimentation.
- Experience working with engineering compliance and operations.
Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define product vision and roadmap aligned to growth retention monetization goals.
- Maintain a prioritized backlog based on customer value risk and ROI.
- Translate strategy into quarterly OKRs and release plans.
Customer & Market Discovery
- Run structured discovery: interviews merchant/agent field visits competitor benchmarking.
- Convert insights into PRDs prototypes and experiments (A/B testing where possible).
Delivery Management (with Engineering)
- Drive end-to-end execution: requirements design build QA launch iteration.
- Ensure acceptance criteria release notes rollout plans and training materials.
- Own product quality: usability performance stability incident learnings.
Analytics & Growth
- Establish measurement framework:
- Fintech: activation funnel txn frequency retained users agent productivity conversion.
- B2B: onboarding-to-first-order time reorder rate basket size cancellations SKU coverage.
- Partner with commercial teams on GTM onboarding playbooks promotions.
Risk & Compliance in Product
- Embed KYC/AML fraud checks permissions audit trails into product flows.
- Ensure data privacy and security-by-design with the tech team.
Success Metrics (1218 months)
- Improved activation and retention by cohort.
- Increased transaction frequency and reduced funnel drop-offs.
- Reduced time-to-first-order (B2B) and higher repeat order rate.
- Release predictability and quality (defect/incident/rollback rates).
- Roadmap execution tied to measurable ROI per major initiative.
