Overview
We are seeking service-focused detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Customer Care Travel this fully remote role you will support clients before during and after their travel experiences ensuring smooth planning seamless bookings and outstanding customer satisfaction.
Whether its vacations cruises group trips or corporate travel you will play a key role in making every journey stress-free and memorable. No prior travel experience is required full training and certification are provided.
Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with planning and booking flights hotels cruises and vacation packages

Provide timely responses to travel plans and support requests

Manage reservations confirmations changes and itinerary updates

Communicate clearly regarding pricing schedules policies and payment options

Research destinations and recommend travel options based on client preferences
