The Quantitative UX Researcher is responsible for applying statistical analysis experimental design and data-driven methodologies to understand user behavior and inform product decisions. This role partners closely with product managers UX designers data scientists and engineers to transform large-scale user data into actionable insights that improve usability engagement and overall product experience.
The position operates fully remotely and requires a strong background in quantitative research methods analytics and user-centered product development.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute quantitative UX research studies including surveys experiments and A/B testing

Analyze large datasets to identify user behavior patterns product usage trends and experience gaps

Develop metrics frameworks to measure user experience effectiveness and product performance
-
Collaborate with product design and engineering teams to define research questions and success metrics

Translate complex data findings into clear actionable insights and recommendations
-
Partner with data analytics teams to build dashboards and standardized reporting processes
-
Conduct statistical modeling and hypothesis testing to evaluate product changes
-
Ensure research methodologies maintain scientific rigor and validity
-
Communicate research outcomes to stakeholders at all levels including executive leadership

Advocate for data-driven decision-making throughout the product lifecycle
Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Psychology Statistics Human-Computer Interaction Data Science Behavioral Science or related field

47 years of experience in quantitative UX research product analytics or behavioral research
-
Strong knowledge of experimental design statistical analysis and survey methodology
-
Proficiency in statistical tools and programming languages (R Python SQL or similar)

Experience analyzing large-scale product or behavioral datasets
-
Strong data storytelling and communication skills
-
Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment

Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams

Masters degree or Ph.D. in a quantitative or research-focused discipline

Experience with A/B testing platforms and experimentation frameworks
