Are you ready to play a key behind-the-scenes role in a fast-paced creative photographic studio for a major homewares retailer

Our clients Studio Warehouse Operatives are at the heart of their Home studio operation ensuring every sofa statement chair dining table and décor piece is in the right place at the right time and in perfect condition for its moment in front of the camera.

If you enjoy staying organised working hands-on and being part of a collaborative creative team this could be the role for you.

What Youll Be Doing

Youll be responsible for safeguarding and managing Home samples throughout their journey from Goods In to studio shoot to storage or location.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Scanning and registering home products onto the studio database ready for storage and tracking
  • Using MHE (Material Handling Equipment) to safely locate move and transport studio samples
  • Protecting and maintaining samples throughout the studio shoot and storage process
  • Securely wrapping and preparing furniture and homeware (including larger items such as sofas beds and cabinets) for transport to location houses press events and trade meetings
  • Transporting samples between Head Office four studio sites and location houses as required
  • Loading and unloading Goods In/Out vehicles
  • Producing accurate delivery documentation
  • Managing collections and returns of hired props and shoot equipment
  • Supporting the Senior Studio Production Coordinator with ad hoc tasks
  • Championing health & safety standards and ensuring a safe working environment for all

This is a varied hands-on role where no two days are the same.

What Were Looking For

Were looking for someone practical reliable and highly organised someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Youll need:

  • Previous warehouse experience (essential)
  • A full UK driving licence (essential) van driving experience desirable
  • Reach and balance licences (or willingness to train)
  • Physical fitness and confidence handling large or heavy items
  • Confidence using Mac/PC systems and basic data input
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • The ability to plan and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines
  • A flexible positive attitude and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • A friendly professional approach and strong communication skills
  • Confidence working both independently and as part of a wider studio team
