Location: Bournemouth
Salary: Up to 80000 (commensurate with experience and hours)
Working pattern: Full-time 4 days per week
Weekends: 1 in 4 Saturdays only

The Role
Youll be joining a well-organised first-opinion practice with a loyal client base and a manageable caseload. The focus here is on delivering excellent clinical care without running yourself into the ground.
This is a role for a vet who wants high standards autonomy and genuine worklife balance.
What Youll Be Doing

First-opinion consultations and routine surgery

Managing medical cases with confidence and care

Working collaboratively with experienced RVNs and support staff
