Job Summary

Description

As part of our back-office support team you will assist the Resource Manager with a variety of operational and organizational tasks:

  • Support of the Resource Manager by regular analysis of the auditor pool for possible capacity problems
  • Maintenance of auditor qualification (e.g. Onboarding process monitoring audits Periodical Auditor Performance Review eComp)
  • Pre-screening of job-applications in co-operation with technical experts
  • Monitoring and managing auditor assignments to ensure compliance with pseudo selfemployment regulations (Social Security Code) and internal DNV requirements including the conduct of risk assessments.
  • Support of the Resource Manager by entries in Synergi Life database

Qualifications
  • Enrolled university student in a relevant field of study
  • Strong English and German language skills
  • Organised structured and reliable
  • Strong analytical and service-oriented mindset
  • Proactive flexible and communicative
  • Experience with common IT programs (e.g. MS Office Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Please note: You should be available for approximately 20 hours per week remain enrolled as a student until at least the end of 2026/2027 and be able to work in a hybrid setup from our Essen office.
