Summary
We are looking for a Senior Manager Workplace Strategy who is passionate about creating workplace experiences that are effective for our business and engaging for our team members! What youll focus on:
As part of the Business Operations team your focus will be on setting a global strategy for our workplace experience across all King locations (Stockholm Malmö London Barcelona and Berlin).
Reporting line and team
- This role will sit within the Change & Business Operations team a division of Business Operations department which is within the COO organization at King.
- This role reports into the Director of Change & Business Operations
- This role will be a key partner to corresponding ABK and Microsoft teams and lead the workplace team.
What this person will do:
Establish global strategy for workplace
- Develop a global workplace strategy for King that supports our business goals while creating consistent experiences across all King locations.
- Identify global workplace principles to enable effective decision making related to the workplace.
Drive strategy execution
- Identify and drive key programs and projects that deliver to the global workplace strategy
- Onboard direct and lead partners and suppliers to deliver on site experience that meets our expectations
- Work with data and analytics to inform recommendations.
Partner and stakeholder management
- Be the key stakeholder for our workplace supplier building effective partnerships in identifying and mitigating risks.
- Ensure effective collaborations to monitor analyse and optimize workplace processes and workflows.
- Partner with other teams at King (ie. Finance IT etc) to ensure inclusion and engagement for optimal collaboration and delivery of key projects.
- Represent workplace perspective and expertise and make informed recommendations to our Leadership stakeholders.
Responsible for all workplace and facilities related work
- Lead and / or contribute to workplace and facilities related initiatives and projects ie. Office moves workplace operations adjustments and improvements
- Ensure the fiscal year budget for workplace is approved appropriately tracked and forecasted accordingly
- Approve invoices from supplier and with support from finance ensure efficient and transparent spending of budget.
- Responsible to escalate budget updates and issues to leadership.
- Responsible for lease and contract negotiations and approvals.

- Efficient in owning and managing budgets
