Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARY:The Phlebotomist collects blood samples using techniques to obtain specimens for the performance of various blood and chemical & EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or equivalent requiredPhlebotomy certification from an approved phlebotomy training program requiredMust provide a license number with an expiration date and certificate Must maintain certification as required by certifying bodyPrevious experience in a laboratory at a multi-specialty clinic preferredWORK SCHEDULE:Monday - Friday four days a week 10-hour shift. 7:00AM - 5:00PM
