Job Summary
Position Summary
Students will be responsible for editing video captions for instructor-created addition the student will help department staff prepare for events and maintain lab equipment.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Edit captioning files for faculty-created instructional videos using YouTube and YuJa. - Prepare training materials for distribution to faculty at CETL workshops and events. - Manage the CETL laptops mice and webcams including charging devices and updating Windows and Java regularly. - Greet faculty and staff who enter the office. - Assist with answering phone running errands on campus and making copies. -Check and distribute mail to staff in the office.
