Are you passionate about surgical innovation and medical device sales

At Johnson & Johnson MedTech were looking for a Sales Specialist to join our Orthopaedics Trauma division covering Eastern Andalusia (Granada).

Your mission will be to drive growth and adoption of our advanced surgical solutions working closely with surgeons nursing teams and hospital stakeholders to improve patient outcomes.

You will be responsible for:

  • Manage and develop key accounts across your territory.

  • Promote the adoption of cutting-edge trauma technologies (implants nails sterile systems etc.).

  • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital teams.

  • Coordinate clinical trainings and educational programs.

  • Achieve sales targets and strengthen strategic partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in medical device or hospital sales (preferably surgical).

  • University degree in Health Sciences Biomedical Engineering or similar.

  • High motivation strong commercial mindset and results orientation.

  • Based in Eastern Andalusia with availability to travel. The profile is preferably based in Granada.

  • Intermediate to advanced level of English.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies as may be required regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.
