We are in search of an OCI Sr. Sales Representative to be part of our exciting team. This position is responsible for new account development and growing existing accounts within an established geographic or named account territory.

What you will do

  • Join the exciting world of AI where innovation is a key focus. Be part of the team that makes AI a reality.
  • An OCI Sales representative works to identify qualify and deliver Oracles revolutionary OCI and Generative AI cloud products and solutions across the private or public cloud.
  • Achieves or exceeds the monthly quarterly and annual sales consumption and booking goals for assigned products.
  • Values collaboration and giving back by mentoring and coaching other team members
  • Responsible for the territory and account plans to drive goal attainment in assigned territory.
  • Coordinates with the other members of the sales team (employees and partners) to support account sales and business development strategies.
  • Helps identify and engage the appropriate partner to meet customer specifications.
  • Becomes a trusted advisor to key customer influencers and decision-makers.
  • Track record of driving company programs and strategy into assigned accounts.
  • Follows all companies methodologies and processes related to sales opportunity pursuit.
  • Travel as required as this role may be a virtual position.

  • You have experience in cultivating relationships with key customer influencers and decision makers.
  • You have knowledge of sales methodologies and processes to effectively pursue and close sales opportunities while aligning with company strategies and programs.
  • You excel in collaborative team-oriented settings.
  • You are committed to continuous learning.
  • You communicate with confidence and authenticity.
  • Language skills: (Swiss)German and English.
