Position Summary:

• Prepare high-quality espresso-based drinks with consistency and care

• Assist with the restaurant service period tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations

• Engage and inspire guests throughout the complete food and beverage experience

• Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily with a focus on attention to detail

• Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience

• Collaborate with your Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks

• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings

About You:

• Previous Barista Experience

• An up-to-date RSA

• Working rights in Australia

• Enthusiastic to escalate your career

• Self-motivated driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
