Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via live chat to provide assistance and support regarding transportation services
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
- Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while ensuring high-quality customer service
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate transportation solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer queries effectively
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on problem-solving
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or related role
- Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
- Previous experience with live chat support is preferred
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and processes
