Job Summary
Our client school is seeking a skilled and organised Art Technician to join their department as soon as possible. This is a full-time permanent role supporting teaching staff and ensuring the smooth running of the Art department.
About the Role
As an Art Technician you will assist teachers in preparing materials maintaining equipment and supporting students during practical lessons. You will help create an inspiring and safe environment for all learners.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing art materials and resources for lessons
Maintaining and organising art equipment and supplies
Supporting teachers and students during practical sessions
Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures
Assisting with department administration and displays
Experience and Qualifications
Previous experience as an Art Technician or in a similar role desirable
Knowledge of art materials and safe handling procedures
Organised proactive and reliable
Good communication skills
Legal right to work in the UK
