We are hiring a Head of FP&A to lead financial planning and analysis support strategic decision-making and partner with leaders across the business to drive growth and operational efficiency. This role reports to the CFO and will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy as we expand into new markets.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end budgeting forecasting and long-range planning process ensuring alignment with our strategic priorities.

• Develop and maintain management reporting KPIs and dashboards that provide clear actionable insights to senior leadership.

• Lead business reviews with cross-functional stakeholders translating performance into clear recommendations and action plans.

• Produce insightful financial analysis and modelling to support major decisions such as strategic initiatives pricing product investments and go-to-market plans.

• Partner closely with Finance (Accounting FP&A) Revenue Operations Sales and Customer Success to drive margin expansion and efficient capital allocation.

• Design and implement scalable FP&A processes tools and templates to support a high-growth organisation.

• Manage mentor and grow a small FP&A team; recruit for capability gaps and cultivate a high-performance culture.

• Support the CFO in investor reporting fundraising preparations and scenario planning for strategic investments and M&A activity.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience (typically 7 years) in FP&A corporate finance or management consulting preferably within SaaS or high-growth technology companies.

• Demonstrable experience building and scaling financial planning processes and systems across multicountry operations.

• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate financial data into strategic recommendations and clear business outcomes.

• Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills; proficient with Excel and experience with BI/FP&A tools.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable presenting to both executives and external partners.

• Proven leadership experience including hiring developing and coaching high-performing teams.

• Degree in Finance Economics Accounting or related field

• Highly organised detail-oriented and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced ambiguous environment.
