Job Mission

As NetSuite ERP Specialist youll own and drive the evolution of our NetSuite ERP across the group. As a growing scale-up we need someone who ensures we unlock the full potential of our ERP - continuously improving the setup scaling processes and enabling smarter ways of working as the business grows.

This is a hands-on high-impact role for someone who enjoys being both strategic and operational: shaping the roadmap for NetSuite scoping and delivering enhancements and integrations and partnering closely with Finance Operations Product and Tech to make sure our systems truly support how we work - today and tomorrow.

Youll be the internal NetSuite expert responsible for governance optimisation automation and adoption while ensuring the platform remains robust scalable and well understood across the organisation.

What youll do

• Own and continuously improve our NetSuite ERP setup configuration and governance across the group.

• Identify opportunities to optimise automate and standardise processes in close collaboration with Finance Operations and other stakeholders.

• Propose scope and lead ERP enhancements improvements and new functionality - from idea to implementation.

• Drive and coordinate integrations between NetSuite and adjacent tools and systems.

• Act as the internal NetSuite subject matter expert translating business needs into scalable ERP solutions.

• Ensure high data quality system reliability and clear documentation.

• Support and enable users through training guidance and best-practice ways of working.

• Stay on top of NetSuite releases and trends proactively recommending improvements that add real business value.

• Drive business alignment and project prioritisation to pave the way for scalable automation.

What were looking for

We believe youre a curious and structured problem-solver who enjoys turning complexity into clarity. Youre driven by impact comfortable with ownership and thrive in fast-paced environments where systems and processes are continuously evolving.

• Solid experience working hands-on with ERP systems (administration optimisation or consulting) preferably NetSuite or similar.

• Proven ability to scope prioritise and deliver ERP enhancements and integrations.

• Strong understanding of business processes - especially within finance E-commerce operations or adjacent domains.

• Comfortable working cross-functionally translating business requirements into technical solutions.

• Detail-oriented pragmatic and proactive with a strong sense of accountability.

• Experience with SuiteFlow SuiteScript SuiteAnalytics or integrations is a strong plus.
