The Role

We partner with international federations tours and broadcasters to bring cutting-edge digital systems onto the court and behind the scenes of the worlds most prestigious tournaments.

The Role

Were seeking a middle Developer (min. 2 years of experience) to join our development team in Rome. Youll work on a variety of projects from back-end systems to cross-platform applications in an environment where technology meets sport and your work directly supports live international events.

What Youll Do

• Manage the full software lifecycle: requirements development testing and maintenance.
• Develop APIs and complex platform with .NET Core / C#.
• Design and maintain relational databases (SQL Server).
• Contributes to the development of web and mobile apps.
• Review and optimize code to ensure quality scalability and performance.
• Collaborate closely with product design and QA teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues quickly and effectively.
• Maintain clear and detailed technical documentation.

What Were Looking For

• Strong programming skills in:
• C# and solid knowledge of .NET Core (min. 2 years of experience)
• HTML CSS and JavaScript (min. 2 years of experience)
• Knowledge and strong experience with CSS and JS frameworks and libraries (Bootstrap jQuery ecc)
• Hands-on experience with relational databases and ORM frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Git and software versioning.
• Understanding of software architecture and distributed systems.
• Awareness of security best practices and performance optimization.
• Good understanding of cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS preferred).
• Professional fluency in English (spoken and written).

Nice to Have

• Experience with .NET MAUI for mobile development.
• Experience with JS front-end framework such as VueJS Angular React ecc.
• Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
