Role Overview/Job Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in the Develops and supports custom applications for the Supply Chain Centre of Excellence. Collaborates with supply chain IT and business teams to automate processes integrate systems and improve data visibility. Focuses on scalable solutions system reliability and continuous improvement to enhance supply chain efficiency and performance.
Candidates will be experienced in leading ServiceNow engagements end to end In addition the successful candidate(s) will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties:
Key Responsibilities - Design develop and deploy custom ServiceNow applications using scoped applications and platform best practices
- Lead development using server-side and client-side scripting (Business Rules Script Includes Client Scripts UI Policies)
- Architect reusable components subflows and integrations using Flow Designer and Integration Hub
- Develop and maintain Scripted REST APIs and integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP OAuth 2.0 and MID Server
- Build modern user experiences using UI Builder Workspaces and the Now Experience Framework
- Implement secure access using roles ACLs and application scoping
- Optimize performance through efficient GlideRecord usage indexing and query tuning
- Lead code reviews enforce development standards
- Collaborate with product owners architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Perform troubleshooting debugging and root-cause analysis in production environments
- Ensure compliance with enterprise governance security and data-privacy standards
Skills and Experience Requirements - Strong proficiency in JavaScript (6 years) (ES5/ES6)
- Expert-level experience with: GlideRecord GlideSystem GlideAggregate
- Business Rules Script Includes Client Scripts
- UI Actions Catalog Scripts
- Extensive experience with Flow Designer Subflows and Integration Hub
- Strong experience building REST/SOAP integrations and Scripted REST APIs

- Experience with UI Builder Workspaces and Service Portal
- Knowledge of Import Sets Transform Maps and data modeling
- CSA & CAD certified. ITSM certification is preferred
