Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Tableau Developer /Data Analysts II to partner
closely with our team to design build and continuously enhance executive-ready
production-grade Tableau dashboards.
This role goes beyond reporting - it requires deep analytical thinking strong data modeling
skills excellent visual storytelling and the ability to independently understand ambiguous
requirements and translate them into insight-driven dashboards for diverse stakeholder
groups.
Key Responsibilities
1. Dashboard Design & Development
Design build and maintain Tableau dashboards using data from multiple
sources including Excel JIRA ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
Create complex calculated fields LOD expressions parameters dynamic filters
and optimized data models to support advanced analytics.
Develop visually compelling intuitive and scalable dashboards tailored for
different stakeholder groups (senior leadership program managers audit teams
operations).
Apply best practices in visual storytelling UX design and performance
optimization.
2. Stakeholder Partnership
Proactively engage with stakeholders to understand business problems
reporting needs and success metrics.
Translate high-level or loosely defined requirements into clear analytical views
and actionable insights.
Recommend dashboard structures KPIs and visual approaches that enhance
decision-making.
3. Enhancement & Optimization
Review and enhance existing dashboards to improve aesthetics usability
clarity and performance.

Standardize views using dashboard templates to ensure consistency across
reports and audiences.
Continuously identify opportunities to simplify automate and elevate existing
reporting solutions.
4. Automation & Distribution
Configure and manage Tableau subscriptions alerts and automated refresh
schedules to ensure timely delivery of insights.
Ensure dashboards are reliable scalable and production-ready with minimal
manual intervention.
5. Advanced & Innovative Capabilities
Support integration of chatbots or conversational analytics within Tableau (or
alongside Tableau) to enable real-time self-service insights.
Required Qualifications
6 years of hands-on experience building advanced Tableau dashboards in an
enterprise environment.
Strong expertise in:
Tableau calculated fields LOD expressions parameters actions and
performance tuning
Data modeling and blending across multiple data sources
Experience integrating Tableau with Excel JIRA ServiceNow and similar tools.
Proven ability to create executive-level dashboards that balance depth with simplicity.
Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple dashboard initiatives in parallel.
Nice to Have
Experience with Tableau Extensions Tableau APIs or embedded analytics
Exposure to AI-driven insights chatbots or conversational BI
Understanding of audit risk compliance or program management reporting
Familiarity with data governance and role-based access in Tableau
