Must be licensed as RN for one (1) Year. One (1) year of Critical Care Cardiac ER or Endoscopy experience preferred. EKG class must be completed within 90 days of hire
Certifications Licenses or Registration required:
Valid RN license. ACLS and BLS within 90 days of hire.
Knowledge of clinical nursing care procedures and protocols. Verbal and written communication. Ability to work in a teamenvironment. Must possess technical skills required to administer conscious sedation in accordance with the MS Board of Nursing position statement and facilitate the care of critically ill patients including management of central lines arterial lines handle ERCP wires catheters and maintain aseptic technique. Must be able to maintain sterile field while assisting physicians with sterile procedures. Must maintain competency of all equipment used in emergent endoscopic procedures.
