Executive - Product Innovation
Location :Cochin
Qualification :4-year Bachelor’s degree (Btech. Food technology) or 2 year Master’s degree in food technology (Msc./Mtech. Food technology)
Experience: Demonstrated 1-2 years of experience in a product development role in bakery segment.
Salary:30K
Responsibilities and Duties
* Conducts product development trials of new products in the Product Innovation lab.
* Conducts trials for improvement/ modification of existing products.
* Evaluates and approves alternate raw material samples by coordinating with purchase department.
* Conducts competitor sample analysis to understand market requirements.
* Supports cross functional team and manage trial analysis sensory evaluation and reformulation of current products.
* Creates and updates product related details in Enterprise resource planning system (ERP) on a day to day basis.
* Provides directions to Lab assistants in carrying out application trials.
* Documentation activities related to own projects and day to day requirements.
* Accompanies sales associates in occasional market visits for product demonstrations complaint handling
