Job Description

Vous souhaitez évoluer dans un environnement dynamique au cœur des enjeux opérationnels et financiers Rejoignez nos équipes et contribuez activement à la gestion et à loptimisation des sinistres impliquant des tiers.

En tant quAdministrateur des dommages tiers vous êtes un acteur clé du traitement des sinistres de leur ouverture jusquà leur clôture :

Gérer les sinistres impliquant des tiers en garantissant un traitement rigoureux et efficace des dossiers

Analyser les dossiers de sinistres (rapports pièces justificatives éléments contractuels) et en assurer la complétude

Saisir mettre à jour et fiabiliser les données dans les outils informatiques

Rechercher et collecter les informations nécessaires au bon traitement des dossiers

Assurer le suivi loptimisation et le contrôle de la facturation des sinistres

Émettre la facturation des sinistres directs et des indemnités au titre des garanties

Veiller au strict respect des procédures internes et des délais

Être linterlocuteur privilégié de lassureur au quotidien

Collaborer étroitement avec les agences les clients les experts et les équipes internes

Profil recherché

Formation en gestion assurance administration ou équivalent

Première expérience réussie dans la gestion de sinistres lassurance ou un environnement administratif structuré (profil junior accepté)

À laise avec les outils informatiques et les systèmes de gestion

Rigueur sens de lorganisation et respect des procédures

Bon esprit danalyse et capacité à traiter plusieurs dossiers en parallèle

Sens du service et qualités relationnelles pour interagir avec de nombreux interlocuteurs

Autonomie fiabilité et sens des responsabilités
