COR3 Mechanical is looking for a dedicated HVAC Mechanical Helper to join our team in Maitland. This full-time on-site position is ideal for individuals eager to kickstart their career in the construction industry specifically in HVAC systems. As a Mechanical Helper you will play a vital role in supporting our skilled technicians in the installation maintenance and repair of heating ventilation and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities
- Assist HVAC technicians in installing and repairing HVAC systems
- Help with the maintenance of HVAC equipment and tools
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Transport tools and materials to job sites
- Support in diagnosing HVAC system issues
- Learn and apply HVAC system installation techniques
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with hand and power tools is a plus
