Job Scope:
The Fundraising Section Head is responsible for leading and executing the organizations fundraising strategy to ensure sustainable growth of financial and in-kind resources. The role involves overseeing donor acquisition and retention managing key partnerships guiding the fundraising team and developing innovative campaigns and initiatives aligned with the organizations mission and long-term objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Public Relations or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fundraising donor relations sponsorship development or business development.
- 5 years of total professional experience.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing fundraising functions.
- Strong strategic planning and leadership skills.
- Excellent sales negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in proposal writing and presentation preparation.
- Strong research budgeting and data analysis capabilities.
- Ability to set targets monitor performance and drive results.
- Training in fundraising sales or leadership is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication influencing and stakeholder management skills.
