Job Summary

The Mission We are seeking an elite nursing professional for 1:1 medical supervision of an 80-year-old VIP aboard a private superyacht. This role moves beyond the hospital ward offering a dynamic lifestyle where clinical excellence meets high-end hospitality. You will provide continuity of care while cruising the Mediterraneans most sought-after locations from the French Riviera and Sardinia to Mykonos and the Balearic Islands.

The Team You will integrate into a sophisticated Western-trained medical team. Clinical governance is provided by a Lead British Doctor with additional support from onboard Physiotherapists. This is a collaborative environment designed for professional medical staff.

The Safety Patient care and nurse well-being are paramount. We utilize a double-nurse shift system ensuring a manageable workload. This structure allows you to maintain high clinical standards while enjoying significant downtime to explore the ports of call.

Requirements

Education: Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent Degree.
Experience: Must have 4 years of recent experience in Acute Care (ICU A&E or ER).
Language: Native or C1 (Advanced) English is required for seamless interaction with the British medical lead and the principal.
Profile: A confident autonomous clinician who values privacy and professional etiquette.
