The Mission We are recruiting a highly skilled nurse for a 1:1 medical support role attending an 80-year-old VIP aboard a luxury superyacht. This position offers a unique blend of clinical responsibility and high-end travel. You will manage the principals daily health requirements while cruising the Mediterraneans most spectacular coastlines including Valencia Sardinia the Bay of Kotor and Corfu.
The Team You will integrate into a professional Western-trained medical department. The unit is led by a Lead British Doctor and includes resident Physiotherapists to ensure a holistic approach to the principals care. This is a supportive multidisciplinary environment.
The Safety To guarantee patient safety and your own well-being the nursing team operates on a strict double-nurse shift system. This rotation ensures you are never overworked and allows you significant downtime to disembark and explore the historic ports and islands.
The Process We value efficiency and discretion. The initial interview and screening phase is conducted entirely via a secure online platform allowing you to complete the recruitment process from Cork before deploying to the vessel.

Education: Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent Degree.
Experience: A mandatory 4 years in Acute Care (ICU A&E or ER) within a major hospital setting.
Language: Native or C1 (Advanced) English is required for accurate clinical handover and team communication.
Attributes: A grounded adaptable professional who can maintain clinical standards in a private non-clinical setting.
