We are hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager 2 - Intensive Care in our Hospital in Cork Ireland.

Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership and ensure the delivery of safe high-quality evidence-based care to critically ill patients.
Manage and coordinate ICU nursing staff including roster planning supervision performance management and professional development.
Oversee patient care management ensuring appropriate staffing levels based on acuity and supporting complex clinical decision-making.
Lead quality improvement and risk management initiatives ensuring compliance with HIQA standards and hospital policies.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support effective communication service development and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
Registered in the General Division of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
Minimum 5 years post-registration acute care nursing experience with significant clinical experience at CNM2 level or equivalent.
Demonstrable commitment to patient safety quality improvement and clinical governance.
Management qualification in Intensive Care Nursing desirable.
Excellent knowledge of contemporary critical care nursing practice and standards.
Strong leadership organisational and decision-making skills.
Proven ability in change management and service development.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of nurse education staff development and workforce planning.
Clear vision for the ongoing development and enhancement of ICU services.
