Oversee Marketing Financials
Lead financial stewardship of the Marketing organization including contracts invoices accruals coding accuracy and monthly close.
Conduct monthly variance analyses with a focus on pacing ROI and prioritization of high-value opportunities.
Ensure governance in partnership with Finance Procurement and Legal.
Marketing Budget Ownership
Develop and manage annual budgets across Sports iCasino and Overhead.
Partner with channel leads and FP&A to dynamically reallocate spend based on performance signals and enterprise priorities.
Drive disciplined budget pacing across states channels and campaigns.
Spend Allocation & Portfolio Optimization
Translate incrementality attribution and cohort insights into actionable investment decisions across states channels and creative themes.
Interpret marketing signals like a performance marketerconnecting creative messaging and promotional strategy to financial outcomes.
Lead monthly reallocations grounded in payback windows LTV/CAC and marginal ROI.
Financial Modeling & Forecasting
Build and maintain KPI forecasting and scenario-planning models for launches promotions and CPA shifts.
Model unit economics (state channel creative) CAC LTV contribution margin and payback (30/60/90/180).
Own performance guardrails in partnership with Analytics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as a connective hub between Marketing Finance Analytics and senior leadership.
Collaborate with Customer BI to align funnel insights to marketing strategy.
Influence channel strategy creative direction and offer design with data-driven recommendations.
Target Setting & Performance Management
Create annual and in-year channel targets including CAC LTV NGR/GGR and margin expectations.
Monitor performance vs. plan and recommend corrective optimization strategies.
Ad-Hoc & Executive Analytics
Conduct advanced analyses to continually optimize spend efficiency and campaign performance.
Represent Marketing in executive forums and communicate insights with clarity and strategic impact.
Mustbe 21 years of age or older.
Strong understanding of finance and accounting fundamentals; FP&A preferred.
Highly independent analytical self-starter.
Online gaming or sports industry experience or passion preferred.
Bachelors degree required.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Financial background with expertise in monthly close variance analysis and accruals.
Advanced financial modeling and scenario planning experience.
Ability to think like a marketerconnecting investment decisions to creative strategy channel mix and consumer behavior.
Exceptional communication skills capable of influencing executives.
Expert Excel; SQL preferred.
Experience managing teams a plus.
