Education and Experience Required:
High school diploma/GED and one (1) year of experience in facilities operations building monitoring or technical support.
Certifications Licenses or Registration Required:
Valid Mississippi drivers license.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Knowledgeable in energy management HVAC electrical systems pump drives elevators steam systems and fire systems. Proficient computer skills and software applications Interpersonal skills; Verbal and written communication skills; Ability to monitor control and teach applicable systems; Strong organizational skills detail-oriented; Customer service skills.
