As the organization expands its audiology services they are seeking a patient-focused Hearing Aid Specialist in the Lewiston ME areato play a key role in rebuilding and growing this important department.

As a Hearing Aid Specialist you will focus primarily on delivering high-quality patient care while contributing to the growth and development of the audiology department. Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care & Clinical Services
- Conduct hearing evaluations and screenings
- Perform hearing aid consultations fittings programming and follow-up care
- Provide counseling and education to patients and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
Patient Experience
- Deliver compassionate patient-centered care
- Build strong long-term patient relationships
- Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and retention
Collaboration & Growth
- Work closely with internal teams to support referral growth
- Assist with community outreach and patient education initiatives
- Contribute to department goals and performance tracking
Ideal Candidate
- Licensed Hearing Aid Specialist (Maine licensure or eligible)
- Strong clinical and technical competency in hearing aid fitting and programming
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a growing department
- Passion for serving patients within a mission-driven organization
