Job Title: INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY - Lift Operations Foreman
Type of Position: Full-Time Seasonal
Schedule: 5 days/week Weekends and Holidays may be required
Pay: Starts at $22.25/hr. based on experience/qualifications.

Summary
Someone to provide safe uphill transportation of passengers adhere to and ensure all personnel are properly trained and have proper documentation. Every employee is responsible for providing a positive experience for our guests and employees with safety and fun as our top priorities.
Essential Functions
- Assist in training and oversite of lift operations personnel as outlined by Loveland Ski Area including CPTSB ANSI OSHA USFS and our insurance carrier.
- Conduct follow up training throughout the season.
- Assist with lift operator duties as needed.
- Assist in lift related accident and incident investigations and documentation.
- Assist in the determination and discontinuation of operation on any lift due to mechanical issues weather conditions or other reasons.
- Oversee and assist in the continued maintenance of loading and unloading areas snow removal and lift clearances.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have at least two years of lift operations experience
- Must be willing to work holidays and weekends
