Job Summary
Beverage preparation: Prepare and brew hot iced and blended coffee beverages (such as Espresso Latte and Cappuccino) as well as non-coffee drinks.
Cleanliness and organization: Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and coffee-making equipment and monitor ingredient stock levels.
Customer service: Greet customers recommend menu items respond to inquiries and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Taste and quality control: Adjust and calibrate the grinder and coffee machines to ensure consistent quality and standard flavor.
Qualifications :
Previous experience working in a coffee shop is preferred.
Knowledge of coffee beans and various brewing methods.
Pleasant personality with a positive attitude and a passion for service.
Punctual hardworking honest and able to work well as part of a team.
Basic English communication skills.
