Youll play a dual role: building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates while driving business development efforts that fuel the companys continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring managers
• Proactively generate new business opportunities through outreach networking and referrals
• Manage and grow a personal client portfolio across IT and non-IT sectors
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients offering insights on market trends hiring strategies and talent availability
• Source screen and interview potential candidates using multiple channels
• Match candidates to roles based on skills experience and cultural fit
• Support candidates through the entire recruitment processfrom first contact to offer acceptance
• Maintain accurate records and pipelines using our CRM and recruitment tools

• A degree in any discipline (new graduates encouraged to apply)
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the potential to develop persuasive negotiation techniques
• High levels of self-motivation energy and resilience
