Education and Experience Required:
Bachelors degree and six (6) years work experience in construction or architectural project management that includes at least three (3) years supervisory experience.
Certifications Licenses or Registration Required:
US drivers license
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Strong business acumen and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of individuals and functional areas. Skill in the use of computers and relevant software programs (e.g. Microsoft Excel). Ability to analyze and interpret complex data. Demonstrated experience with contracts and budget management. Requires strong organizational skills and a high degree of motivation and interest in serving the needs of the organization. Strong demonstrated capabilities in planning budgeting financing and management required. Exceptional communication skills including written and verbal. Experience in personnel management for motivation quality assurance and professional conduct.
