Schedule: Day Shift MondayFriday 7:30 AM 3:30 PM (5 x 7.5-Hour Shifts)
Pay Rate: $26 $36 per hour (Based on Experience)

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated and certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide behavioral support services in a school-based setting for the academic year. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans and deliver direct student support.

Responsibilities

Implement behavior intervention and support plans as directed by the supervising BCBA
Provide one-on-one and small group behavioral support to students
Accurately collect record and maintain behavioral data
Support students in developing academic social and functional skills
Collaborate with teachers special education staff and school administrators
Maintain a safe structured and supportive learning environment
Adhere to school policies district procedures and confidentiality standards

Qualifications

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (required)
Minimum 1 year of school-based experience
CPI Certification required
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
