Supply chain optimisation
Analyse and improve supply chain processes to create operational excellence and a high level of customer satisfaction following LPR strategy and goals.
Service centres management
Define the local strategy for the networks location plan and optimize the production considering quality and costs objectives with the purpose to improve quality and efficiency of each service centre (depot).
Support Purchase departments for the procurement of new pallets
Provide support to Purchase department for new pallets aiming at an optimal quality and cost.
