Position Overview:
We are currently seeking experienced Forklift Drivers to join our dynamic team. As a Forklift Driver you will be responsible for the safe operation of forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing setting. Your primary duties will include moving materials loading/unloading trucks and ensuring the safe and efficient handling of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts to move stack and organize materials and products in a safe manner.
- Load and unload shipments from trucks and other vehicles.
- Ensure that materials are properly stored and organized according to inventory control systems.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance needs.
- Comply with all safety and operational guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating forklifts with a strong understanding of warehouse operations.
- Certification in forklift operation (required in some locations).
- Strong attention to safety and detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical condition and ability to lift 50-60LBS or heavy materials.
- Prior experience in warehouse or logistics environments is a plus.
