Nos encontramos en búsqueda de una persona dinámica para el puesto de auxilair financiero para unirse a nuestro equipo

El auxiliar financiero será responsable de :

Validación de soportes fiscales y REPSE en todos los gastos devengados.

Gestión de pago a proveedores y obtención de su complemento de pago.

Solicitud de cartas de no adeudo a proveedores semestralmente.

*Análisis y cuadre del control presupuestal vs contabilidad en conjunto con el SM

Elaboración y presentación del reporte financiero mensual al cliente asegurar que la información este conforme a los estados financieros

Integración de documentación digital y entrega al despacho para emisión de estados financieros (revisión de alcances al despacho) entregar a Líder financiero para validación

Reunión previa al cierre mensual con el despacho para aclaración y resolución de dudas con el acompañamiento de Líder financiero

Resolución de las notas aclaratorias (observaciones) de los estados financieros que entrega

Análisis y cuadre del control presupuestal vs contabilidad en conjunto con el SM

Realizar de la revisión y soportes de la remesa por pagar y fondeos de banco

Se requiere

Experiencia al menos de 3 años

• Manejo de Excel (intermedio)
• Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Contaduría Pública / Titulado o Pasante
