Children in this nursery learn and play in carefully designed spaces that prioritise and encourage exploration and development. Alongside working directly with children youll guide practitioners monitor development records and keep daily operations steady and compliant.

Before You Apply

A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification is required.
Applicants must have recent experience leading or deputising within a nursery room.

What Youll Need

Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
Experience working as a Room Leader or senior practitioner in a nursery
Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding procedures
Confidence managing staff and organising room routines

What Youll Do

Lead the daily operation of your nursery room
Manage planning in line with EYFS and childrens developmental stages
Supervise and support practitioners within the room
Monitor observations assessments and learning records
Maintain safeguarding health and safety compliance
Build professional relationships with parents and carers
