Responsibilities
- Be the friendly voice and helpful guide for our customers ensuring each interaction leaves them feeling valued and heard.
- Quickly troubleshoot and resolve inquiries turning challenges into opportunities for solutions.
- Collaborate with a team of passionate customer advocates to continuously elevate our service standards.
- Empower customers by providing clear guidance insightful recommendations and proactive follow-ups.
- Champion customer feedback sharing insights that help us innovate and improve.
- Clerical work including answering/screening/telephone calls to the appropriate person resolution of calls (orders quotes etc).
- Respond to customer requests for information concerning order tracking order expediting and product availability.
- Perform order entry at both sales invoicing level and request for products from supply plants.
- Notify customers of potential backorders credit issues order availability and any other information regarding orders.
- Act as a liaison between internal departments.
Qualifications
- All levels of customer service experience considered.
- Willingness to learn product processes and work as a team.
- Attention to detail and problem solving.
- Excellent telephone written and verbal communication skills while interfacing with all levels of staff and customers.
- Working knowledge of PCs and related software including MS Word Excel.
