The Role:
Our Rockrimmon site inColorado SpringsCOisseekingadetail-oriented and analyticalSystems Engineerto help define documentmaintainand improvethecore manufacturingsystemsdriving ouroperationalexcellence including MES LIMS and SPC.This rolecatalyzes the link betweenoperationsrequirementsand system capability/scalabilitytoenabledata-driven operations across the site.
WhatYoullDo:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for new and existing software systems.
Analyze current workflows andidentifyopportunities for process improvement and automation.
Assistin the design and validation of system flows user interfaces and data structures.
Develop andmaintaindetailed documentation including process maps user stories test cases andprocedures.
Support software testing(UAT)efforts by defining quality criteria executing test plans and trackingresults andissues.
Lead training for operations and engineering staff for manufacturing system processes.
Consistent and direct engagement with users to ensure system capabilities are fully understood andutilized.
Keep manufacturing systems running smoothly by resolving a wide range of issues evaluating identifiable factors to devise effective solutions and continuous improvement opportunities.
Runmaterials management processestoidentifyopportunities for improvementandidentifyconsistent issues. Create reports and methodologiesto help team reconcileerrors between MES and SAP efficiently.
Partner with global teams tohelpevaluate solutions and support the implementation of new digital capabilities at the site.
Stewardship ofMES/LIMS/ SPCmaster data and collaboration with other Entegris master data groups and engineering teams tomaintaindata integrity across the site.
Help tobuild custom reports and user interfaces to enable operational execution.
Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements.
What We Seek:
Bachelors degree in Information SystemsComputer Science Supply Chain Engineeringor a related fieldwith8yearsofexperience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC) and quality management systems (QMS).
Excellent computer skills withproficiencyin MS Office including Word Excel and PowerPoint; Experience with ERP system (SAP Preferred).
Experience with ERP MESSPCorLIMSsystems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Desire to learn ask questions and enablecollective success.
Outstanding Candidates Will Have:
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
Experience with Camline Ignition Critical Manufacturing Sample Manager SAP
Previousexperience in manufacturing operations and/oramanufacturing operations support role (i.e.manufacturing planning industrial engineering materials management)
Understanding ofdata modeling and basic SQLisa plus.

Compensation: $66500.00 - $83000.00 with actual pay dependent candidate skillset and qualifications.
