Job Summary
Toyota of Napervilleis looking for aSERVICE MANAGERto join ourteam. This is a culture of customer-focused people-oriented and motivation to deliver excellent outcomes for customers vendors and our people. This full-time position will work Tuesday-Saturday from 7:00AM-4:00PM

REQUIREMENTS:
- Three years of experience with Dealership Service preferred
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus
- Must have computer proficiency
- Personal and professional integrity
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Ability to multi-task prioritize and organize work.
- Positive high-energy customer focused service
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid Drivers License
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Trains motivates counsels and monitors the performance of all service dept. staff
- Maintains and controls the performance of the department using appropriate reports tracking systems and surveys.
- Develop and implement plans to promote new and repeat business
- Understands and ensures compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures
- Monitors Service staff daily productivity
- Maintains high-quality service repairs
