The Older Persons Service aims to support older adults with complex care needs through specialist multidisciplinary team care. This is across a range of services including residential care rehabilitation dementia support service and Integrated Care for older People with a close relationship with colleagues in St Jamess Hospital. Department in St Jamess Hospital
Essential Requirements
Qualifications:
- Full registration in the General registrar of Medical Practitioners maintained by the Irish Medical Council.
Experience:
- Have a relevant clinical experience in Medicine for Older Person or Palliative Care
Desirable Requirements
Qualifications:
- Possession of one of the following a)Diploma in Medicine for Older Person or b) MICGP/MRCGP/MRCPI
Experience:
- Applicants are expected to have completed BST in General Medicine
